What you will do

• Analyze player behavior across the full lifecycle to extract actionable insights.
• Build and maintain dashboards to track key KPIs including DAU, retention, conversion, and LTV.
• Address strategic and operational business questions by analyzing complex event-based datasets.
• Design, analyze, and present results for A/B tests and experiments.
• Collaborate with Product, Monetization, and Economy teams to define metrics and success criteria.
• Communicate data-driven findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a data or business analyst.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Experience working with large datasets and event-based data.
• Deep understanding of product KPIs (retention, funnels, conversion, monetization).
• Ability to conduct A/B testing and experiment analysis.
