What you will do

• Create new opportunities and land new logos in UK&I through prospecting, networking, and events
• Conduct discovery calls, customized demos, and presentations as an hirify.global product expert
• Navigate complex sales cycles, sell value to key stakeholders, and innovate sales methods
• Build territory with technology partners, agencies, and product management networks
• Plan territory quantitatively: manage pipeline, forecast accurately, track close rates and upsell potential
• Collaborate with team, share best practices, and exceed quarterly/annual targets

Requirements

• 5+ years in enterprise SaaS sales, ideally Big Data, Analytics, Mobile or MarTech
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to tell data-driven stories
• Hunter mentality with track record of building new business and top performance
• Passion for digital product management and fast-changing environments
• Curious, empathetic, open to feedback and personal development
