What you will do

  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing for the HashiCorp software suite within strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Implement the ALEER (Adopt, Land, Expand, Extend, Renew) GTM strategy to grow the customer base and maximize consumption.
  • Lead complex enterprise sales campaigns targeting stakeholders in Development, IT Operations, and Security Operations.
  • Align technology solutions with the customer's business needs, challenges, and technical requirements.
  • Build and maintain a healthy revenue pipeline and provide accurate weekly business forecasting.
  • Collaborate with legal, management, and deal desk teams to ensure proper document execution.

Requirements

  • Around 5 years of extensive strategic sales experience with a proven track record of closing enterprise deals.
  • Minimum expertise in Security, Cloud, and Infrastructure software, including Open Source business models.
  • Native-like Spanish language skills.
  • Bachelor's degree is required; Master's degree is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, Slack, and Tableau.
  • Must be based in Rome, Italy.
