What you will do

  • Execute and optimize paid media campaigns across search, social, and emerging platforms aligned with business goals.
  • Analyze campaign performance and conduct deep dives to identify actionable insights for efficiency and scale.
  • Partner with performance marketing leadership to develop and refine overarching paid media strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign launches, including research, audience development, and competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment on campaign objectives, creative assets, and measurement.
  • Monitor digital marketing trends and platform innovations to continuously enhance performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in paid search and paid social marketing.
  • Strong expertise in PPC principles, tools, and campaign optimization methodologies.
  • Proficiency with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics.
  • Proven experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok.
  • Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in Orlando, Florida.

Nice to have

  • Passion for movies, entertainment, and digital media.
  • Familiarity with mobile app measurement and attribution.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and their connection to paid media.
