What you will do

• Own TikTok paid media strategy, planning, execution, and optimization across business units
• Develop full-funnel campaign structures using conversion, catalog, app, and upper-funnel objectives
• Optimize against KPIs like CPA, ROAS, LTV, and incremental lift
• Drive creative strategy and high-volume testing with UGC, Spark Ads, and performance formats
• Leverage algorithmic bidding, audience expansion, and automation tools for scale
• Execute experimentation across creatives, audiences, bids, and landing experiences
• Monitor product feeds, catalogs, and commerce integrations for dynamic ads and TikTok Shop
• Partner with analytics, data science, and product teams for tracking and reporting improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
• 4+ years in Paid Social with hands-on TikTok Ads experience
• Proven experience managing large-scale e-commerce TikTok campaigns
• Deep knowledge of TikTok ad auction, creative ranking, and optimization
• Experience scaling creator-driven and UGC strategies
• Strong skills in conversion tracking, app events, pixel, and mobile measurement
• Analytical skills with Excel; basic SQL a plus
• Experience with attribution platforms and incrementality testing
• Position may require travel
