What you will do

• Perform changeovers on presses, including all die work.
• Execute general and preventative maintenance on production equipment such as presses, sealers, scrap systems, and air systems.
• Adjust major production equipment to remedy nonconforming items as identified by the QC department or shift supervisor.
• Modify equipment to improve quality, increase safety, or decrease downtime.
• Conduct weekly compressor checks and ensure proper equipment functionality during the shift.
• Collaborate with the Maintenance Engineer to perform corrective activities according to maintenance plans.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US; company is not sponsoring visas.
• High school diploma or equivalent technical formation/diploma in Engineering or Maintenance.
• 2-3 years of experience in maintenance or spare parts management within a manufacturing facility.
• Basic knowledge of SAP and WCM skills for breakdown and anomaly analysis.
• Proven ability to identify root causes and develop effective technical countermeasures.
