What you will do

  • Manage the production schedule and labor to ensure continuous second-shift operation.
  • Oversee compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food Safety regulations.
  • Perform administrative reporting and budgetary management within the SAP environment.
  • Coordinate safety, maintenance, quality, and sanitation programs for manufacturing lines.
  • Implement corrective and preventative actions to respond to production delays or changes.
  • Lead team-based problem solving and drive individual employee development through coaching.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in production operations, including employee management and purchasing.
  • 1-3 years of experience in production and process improvement.
  • Extensive knowledge of food & beverage production or related processes.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of federal milk order and pasteurized milk ordinance.
  • Experience working with processing, bottling, and packaging equipment.
  • Location: Must be based in Cartersville, US
