What you will do

• Coordinate budget allocation discussions and analyze marketing effectiveness through scenario modeling.
• Support strategic long-term decision-making and budget assumptions via Mid and Long Range Planning.
• Advance global ROI methodology and execute comprehensive post-campaign analyses.
• Standardize Marketing KPI tracking, including Customer Acquisition Costs (CAC) and media efficiency.
• Lead consolidated reporting and deliver actionable insights on marketing investment across Global and Studio Marketing.
• Develop business cases for new initiatives, partnerships, and merchandising opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of relevant experience in Commercial Finance (FP&A) or 4 years PQE.
• Proven experience working closely with commercial teams or business partners.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong financial background with the ability to evaluate the financial impact of business decisions.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel.

Nice to have

• Senior-level business partnering experience specifically in Sales or Marketing.
• Proficiency with VBA, SAP, or Adaptive.
• Knowledge of MMM, MTA, ROAS, CPA, and attribution models.
• Experience in the Entertainment sector (Games, Film, or Music).
• Experience working within a regional group headquarters.
