TL;DR

Lead Financial Analyst (Finance): Driving profitable growth for the Moen U.S. Water Quality business through strategic financial partnership and full P&L ownership with an accent on financial modeling, forecasting, and New Product Development (NPD). Focus on performing discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis, optimizing margins, and providing actionable insights to the General Manager and leadership team.

Location: Hybrid in Deerfield, IL (Must be based in the US)

Salary: $90,000 – $143,000 USD

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary finance partner to the Water Quality General Manager and leadership team to support growth and performance.
  • Own the Water Quality income statement and balance sheet, including forecasting, annual planning, and monthly close cycles.
  • Lead financial modeling for New Product Development initiatives using DCF and scenario analysis.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes to increase efficiency and speed to insight.
  • Utilize SAP, Anaplan, and QuickBooks for forecasting, reporting, and DTC analytics.
  • Translate complex financial data into meaningful presentations for senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of commercial finance experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel modeling and financial storytelling.
  • Knowledge of SAP and enterprise forecasting tools like Anaplan.
  • Must be located in or able to work from Deerfield, IL.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree.
  • 10+ years of professional experience.
  • Experience supporting direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands and metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS).
  • Willingness to adopt AI technology in daily workflows.
