Salary: $95,500 - $152,500

What you will do

• Lead financial planning, reporting, and budgeting for Brand and Creative operations teams.
• Develop and maintain financial reporting infrastructure to provide visibility into creative assets and performance.
• Design reporting and perform analysis leveraging Hyperion Financial Planning, SQL, Tableau, Oracle, and Excel.
• Execute daily, weekly, and monthly business review reporting and generate performance commentary for senior leadership.
• Develop month-end close processes and audit financial operations to improve accounting accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in finance roles with increasing responsibility (or Master's degree and 1+ years).
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced financial modeling skills using large data sets and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain complex financial concepts to stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to work from Bellevue/Seattle, WA.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced business degree.
• Proficiency with SQL, Tableau, and Hyperion.
• Experience in creative operations, digital advertising, or e-commerce retail business models.
