What you will do

• Develop and maintain financial reports, procedures, and policies to ensure accurate data compilation.
• Collaborate with business leaders to establish operational objectives and consolidated reporting.
• Manage annual budgeting processes and generate budget vs. actual reports.
• Perform ROI analysis for business cases and product profitability studies.
• Implement automated reporting tools to streamline data analysis and forecasting.
• Mentor and coach team members to increase their levels of responsibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of relevant financial experience.
• Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex financial ideas to senior executives.
