What you will do

• Define requirements for complex platform initiatives across multiple Scrum teams.
• Translate business needs into clear, structured technical direction for engineering teams.
• Break down ambiguous problems and shape practical, scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and product stakeholders to support delivery.
• Ensure alignment on scope, dependencies, and priorities across interconnected systems.
• Contribute to sprint activities and support PI planning and risk resolution.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex IT or data-driven environments.
• Strong experience working across multiple Scrum teams in an Agile environment, preferably within SAFe.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical direction for complex systems.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to structure ambiguous problems.
• Experience working with systems featuring multiple integrations and dependencies.
• English: Upper-Intermediate+ required

Nice to have

• Experience working on AI or blockchain-based projects.
• Familiarity with data platforms or complex, integration-heavy systems.
• Understanding of AI-driven data workflows and data provenance.
• Experience in fintech or private markets domains.
