What you will do

• Collaborate with business leaders to understand problems and document requirements as identifiable project deliverables.
• Map as-is and to-be processes to address current business issues and requirements.
• Produce comprehensive project analysis documents, including BRDs, scope matrices, and use cases.
• Partner with developers to implement requirements and guide testers through the QA process.
• Manage small-scale projects and initiatives across all phases of delivery.
• Maintain project transparency via written and verbal communication with stakeholders and technical leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis and/or process reengineering.
• Experience handling large-scale projects as well as daily operational business requests.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies with a strong emphasis on Agile.
• Understanding of infrastructure and networking challenges and requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Bachelor's Degree.

Nice to have

• Data analytics skills.
• SQL knowledge.
