What you will do

• Coordinate and contribute to continuous improvements, release analyses, and impact assessments
• Take ownership of selected L3 (complex) tickets
• Manage small projects, Non-Standard Requests, and feature analyses
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner throughout the product life cycle
• Contribute to and/or lead CSOD-related improvement initiatives
• Identify recurring training needs for local administrators and deliver training sessions

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management or similar
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in CSOD LMS module
• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking
• Strong adaptability and resilience
• Fluency in English

Nice to have

• Certifications on CSOD LMS and/or Core Modules
