Business Analyst (Project Manager) (E-commerce)

We are looking for a Business Analyst (Project Manager) ⚡️

🎯 Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (e-commerce / international projects preferred)
• Experience in requirements gathering, user stories, and feature documentation
• Strong English & Ukrainian (written and spoken)
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and modern AI tools
• Ability to structure requirements into clear specifications and tasks
• Strong ownership mindset and proactive attitude
• Experience working in Agile / distributed teams

➕ Nice to have:
• Experience with B2B Commerce / Web & Mobile apps / Self-service portals
• Certifications: IIBA (CCBA / CBAP), UML, BPMN
• Understanding of Product Management best practices
