What you will do

• Manage a commercial accounts receivable portfolio exceeding $2M with up to 3,000 delinquent accounts.
• Perform customer service-related collection activities and execute follow-up action plans.
• Analyze and resolve problems within the order-to-cash application cycle by coordinating with appropriate departments.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding payment and case escalation status.
• Maintain detailed records of all customer contact activities.
• Partner with sales organizations and field office management to expedite account resolution.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of commercial collections or customer service experience (college graduates with strong customer-centric personalities also considered).
• Proven track record of making 30 or more effective customer contacts daily.
• Ability to manage a portfolio larger than $2M.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be based in the US Eastern Time Zone.
• 4-year college degree is desirable.
