What you will do

• Execute end-to-end collections process for a diverse portfolio of customers, maintaining high relationship management standards.
• Perform outbound collections and credit analysis while adhering to company policies.
• Leverage AI-powered financial tools to predict delinquency risks and automate routine communications.
• Collaborate with internal sales and cross-functional teams to resolve credit and collection issues promptly.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual workflows to scale financial practices.
• Complete vendor onboarding forms ensuring full accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related concentration.
• Proficiency in SQL is a basic requirement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Google Workspace.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in Dublin, CA.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Python.
• 2-3 years of finance work experience.
• Academic background in Analytics, Business, or Accounting.
