What you will do

• Process sales orders efficiently and accurately to meet delivery deadlines.
• Support Networking & Security sales representatives with order processing and changes.
• Verify order accuracy and monitor account activity for assigned groups.
• Track sales data, market conditions, and create reports on results and earnings.
• Manage leads and orders for specific sales areas; take orders on qualified leads.
• Prepare product and license quotes for pre-sales customers.

Requirements

• U.S.-based; work from Buffalo, NY or Greer, SC offices
• Established individual contributor with 3 years customer service or 2 years sales processing experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; 2-year degree preferred.
• Strong computer skills, especially Excel and Outlook; aptitude for numbers and math.
• Customer service experience with strong written communication.
• Processing sales experience (quoting, ordering, CRM usage); distribution experience preferred.
