What you will do

• Act as the primary contact for Off Price customers such as TJX, Ross, and Burlington.
• Manage inventory for Off Price accounts and build data-driven sales presentations.
• Execute pricing within established guidelines and support sales reporting internally and externally.
• Handle item setup across internal systems and customer platforms.
• Manage purchase orders, ensuring timely and compliant processing from entry to fulfillment.
• Track key sales operations metrics and support forecasting and production planning.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in sales operations, client services, or administrative support.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and dashboards.
• Understanding of inventory management and retail sales operations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent professional communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external partners.
• Must be based in Denver, Colorado for hybrid work.
