What you will do

• Win back lapsed partners through outbound calls and email campaigns.
• Conduct testimonial conversations with happy partners to build a social proof library.
• Manage the partner inbox as the first point of contact for incoming conversations.
• Maintain HubSpot CRM hygiene by cleaning partner records and closing data gaps.
• Support partner onboarding and help with contact sourcing and list building.
• Report on reconnections and testimonial pipelines to track team performance.
