What you will do

• Lead the full project lifecycle from initial concept through to final execution and review.
• Coordinate cross-functional work across IT, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Care to manage dependencies.
• Establish organizational standards, reporting frameworks, and templates to mature project management capabilities.
• Own resource management and budgeting for each project to ensure realistic and effective planning.
• Implement proactive risk management to identify and solve threats before they become roadblocks.
• Champion project governance and conduct retrospectives to drive continuous organizational learning.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience leading strategic initiatives and complex projects.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end project lifecycles within a large or scaling business.
• Strong skills in managing budgets and resource allocation across multiple workstreams.
• Track record of managing stakeholders at both executive and operational levels.
• Excellent communication skills for delivering clear proposals and technical documentation.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in London, UK

Nice to have

• Degree in a relevant field or a professional project management certification.
• Comfortability using lean agile practices to manage change.
• Proficiency in Dutch, German, French, or Spanish.
