What you will do

• Plan and manage projects to deliver functional requirements for customers efficiently.
• Coordinate development and testing teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage customer communication and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Handle commercial aspects including contract changes, purchase orders, and billing milestones.
• Translate client requirements into features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
• Conduct software testing and manage defect tracking and resolution for UAT.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working as a Project Manager.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for regular client contact.
• Proficiency in productivity applications and ability to learn new software quickly.
• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and a problem-solving mindset.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a technical or software development environment.
• Domain experience in social housing or local government sectors.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence tools.
