What you will do

• Acquire new mid-market accounts in assigned territory to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Build and maintain sales pipeline through prospecting, lead follow-up, and product demos.
• Educate customers on hirify.global products to strengthen their human firewall.
• Understand buyer needs, decision-makers, and roadblocks to close deals efficiently.
• Negotiate subscription levels, multi-year deals, and pricing to maximize ARR.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and collaborate with channel partners.

Requirements

• Fluent in German
• 2-3 years experience selling to mid-market businesses
• Bachelor degree or equivalent (desirable)
• Familiarity with IT, Security, or Cybersecurity industry (desirable)
• Experience with Salesforce (plus), Gmail, Google Docs, MS Office, web browsers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Stats-driven, self-starter with strong teamwork skills
