What you will do

- Plan and orchestrate the launch of new products through cross-functional collaboration.
- Create sales enablement tools, including presentations, collateral, and internal communications.
- Manage and align direct reports to meet broader marketing and company objectives.
- Analyze market intelligence, buyer behavior, and competitive landscapes to inform leadership.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive demand generation around new product developments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B product marketing experience.
- Proven experience managing and leading a team.
- Deep understanding of the financial services industry and retirement plan market.
- Expertise in branding, communications strategy, and product development.
- Must be based in the New York City office (Hybrid).
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
