What you will do

• Develop and execute marketing plans for Insurance Solutions and Dorsey Wright to drive awareness and adoption.
• Lead marketing activations, including content creation, webinars, events, and multi-channel campaigns.
• Provide consultative marketing support to insurance partners to help them achieve business goals.
• Manage campaign workflows and timelines using Marketo and Monday.com.
• Track and report on engagement metrics to optimize future program strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in financial services or insurance.
• Must be based in or able to work in New York City, USA (Hybrid).
• Strong understanding of institutional and intermediary audiences.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Marketo and Monday.com.
• Familiarity with index-based investment solutions and the advisor ecosystem.
