What you will do

  • Act as the primary marketing contact for Product Development, Sales, and Service teams for Government and Taft-Hartley initiatives.
  • Develop sophisticated multi-media selling systems and compelling digital marketing programs.
  • Establish a market-leading narrative and value proposition for the Government segment, including thought leadership content.
  • Translate key initiatives into distribution strategies and create case studies using data analytics to validate results.
  • Guide promotion strategies for priority product launches and campaigns.
  • Monitor legislative and regulatory developments to identify and respond to distribution opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 7-10 years of experience in Marketing or Product Management, preferably in Retirement services.
  • Deep understanding of the competitive retirement marketplace and Government/Taft-Hartley industry nuances.
  • FINRA fingerprinting required.
  • Strong project management, research, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
