Senior Customer Business Executive (Public Sector): Own and grow strategic existing Public Sector accounts ensuring measurable value from platform with an accent on executive engagement, renewals, and expansion opportunities. Focus on positioning as core enabler of digital transformation, designing scalable adoption strategies, and driving upsell/cross-sell into new departments and systems.
Location: Hybrid in Washington DC, USA (Public Sector/Federal/SLED accounts)
OTE: $250,000–$260,000 (including base salary and variables)

What you will do
- Own and manage portfolio of high-value strategic Public Sector accounts, developing long-term strategies aligned with customer priorities.
- Build trusted C-level relationships, lead Executive Business Reviews, and advise on platform capabilities for productivity and transformation.
- Maintain platform expertise to design scalable adoption strategies, best practices for optimization, and collaborate with technical teams.
- Drive renewals, upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and revenue growth through proactive engagement and account health management.
- Monitor usage metrics, ensure value realization, and develop ROI narratives demonstrating platform impact.
Requirements
- Significant experience in enterprise SaaS account management, customer success, or strategic sales
- Experience managing Federal/SLED accounts, familiarity with Federal contracts and government buying cycles
- Proven ability to manage/grow complex enterprise accounts and drive large renewals/expansions
- Strong executive engagement, presentation, and storytelling skills
- Experience with digital adoption platforms, transformation programs, or enterprise software (ERP, CRM, HR)
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders in complex organizations
