What you will do

• Own the retention strategy and execution for US Federal and SLED markets.
• Lead executive strategy for high-stakes agreements exceeding $5M+ in ARR.
• Manage and mentor a team of Renewals Managers, acting as a coach and lead strategist.
• Develop predictive intelligence and programmatic "Path to Green" strategies for territory health.
• Partner with Sales, Government Affairs, Legal, and Product teams to align growth and retention.
• Design and implement renewal playbooks tailored to public sector procurement cycles.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Renewals, Sales, or Account Management within the SaaS industry.
• 3-5 years of experience in a high-performing leadership role.
• Proven track record of navigating US Federal and SLED procurement cycles.
• Expert-level negotiation skills for high-value license agreements.
• Must be located in the San Francisco Bay Area.
