What you will do

  • Develop and execute territory plans to exceed quarterly sales targets and annual quotas.
  • Manage three sales motions: new business acquisition, customer expansion (upsell/cross-sell), and renewals.
  • Build a robust pipeline through AE-led outbound, BDR, Channel, and Marketing Inbound funnels.
  • Leverage deep technical understanding of hirify.global's solutions to drive a consultative sales process.
  • Build long-term strategic relationships with key accounts to ensure adoption and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share customer feedback and improve product investment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience selling B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of beating annual targets of $1M+ and managing complex six-figure deals.
  • Expertise in multithreading into the C-suite and across complex organizations.
  • Strong B2B discovery skills and a point of view on industry trends.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Proficiency with SFDC, Tableau, G-suite, and MSFT suite.
