Location: Madrid, Spain. Willingness to travel across Spain (25%) is required.

What you will do

  • Analyze territory potential and develop sales strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Achieve quarterly sales targets and business outcomes.
  • Evangelize the hirify.global brand using a value-selling approach to promote automation solutions.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and business leaders.
  • Partner with local partners, global systems integrators, and CSM teams to ensure maximum customer value.
  • Monitor competitors and market conditions to identify specific customer needs.

Requirements

  • Experience selling business solutions directly to top executives for large companies in Spain.
  • Proven track record of quota attainment and growing enterprise portfolios through acquisition and expansion.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to generate high interest in the solution.
  • Strong aptitude for cross-functional collaboration and influence internally and externally.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Must be based in Spain and willing to travel (25%).
