TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Mieres, Principado de Asturias, Spain. Availability to travel across Europe, Africa and Latin America required.

What you will do

  • Achieve annual order intake targets by region and product line through commercial planning and market penetration initiatives.
  • Oversee full sales cycle from prospecting to handover, including negotiation and alignment with internal teams.
  • Prepare and report order intake forecasts, maintain CRM pipeline quality, and activate mitigation plans for deviations.
  • Manage direct reports: set objectives, organize work, develop capabilities, and handle recruitment and performance reviews.
  • Review and authorize operations within limits, ensure policy compliance, and participate in approval committees.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading international commercial teams in complex B2B/project sales.
  • Demonstrated capability in forecasting, pipeline management, contractual negotiation, and commercial risk management.
  • Availability to travel across the region.
  • Spanish and English required; French, Portuguese or German advantageous.
  • Methodical thinker, highly organized, with strong planning and proactive business development skills.
