What you will do
- Manage the entire B2B sales cycle from initial prospecting and contact to negotiation and closing.
- Proactively build and manage a sales pipeline through outbound activities and lead ownership.
- Execute structured commercial initiatives and sales campaigns to achieve measurable results.
- Maintain accurate pipelines and provide weekly sales forecasts using Salesforce.
- Represent the company as a brand ambassador at trade fairs, events, and customer meetings.
Requirements
- Experience in outbound B2B sales (cold selling), ideally within a SaaS or digital environment.
- Native-level Spanish and professional-level English (B1 or higher).
- Must be based in Barcelona with availability to work on-site several days a week.
- Strong motivation for achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Vocational or university education in sales or business.
