Compensation Range: $154,000 - $185,000 USD

What you will do

  • Design and evolve global equity vehicles including RSUs, PSUs, stock options, and LTI structures with vesting logic and performance periods.
  • Lead executive and board governance by designing CEO/ELT packages and preparing pay-for-performance materials for the Compensation Committee and Board.
  • Manage equity pool planning, utilization tracking, and strategic financial modelling for dilution and burn rates.
  • Establish global policy frameworks for eligibility, leaver treatment, and role changes across geographies.
  • Develop equity education materials like FAQs, offer templates, and manager guides to communicate value to employees.
  • Oversee compliance, tax risks, operational leadership of a team, and relationships with external equity administration vendors.

Requirements

  • Significant experience leading global equity and executive compensation in high-growth international tech environments.
  • Deep expertise in RSUs, PSUs, stock options, and LTI design.
  • Direct experience preparing and presenting to Board-level Compensation Committees.
  • Strong financial modelling skills for dilution, burn rates, and equity pool management.
  • Proven people leadership managing specialized technical teams.
  • Familiarity with equity administration platforms like Computershare, Shareworks, Carta, Fidelity.
