TL;DR

Location: Hamburg, Germany (Hybrid: up to 8 days of mobile work per month)

What you will do
- Act as the technical interface between Global Engineering, Product Management, and Sales teams.
- Own selected technical focus areas and serve as the global contact person for these domains.
- Support local sales teams with technical proposals and lead complex customer negotiations.
- Develop and continuously improve global technical standards, tools, and processes.
- Engage with key customers to manage technical expectations and collect market feedback for product development.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer through training and clear technical communication.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, ideally in electrical engineering, communication engineering, or power systems.
- Strong combination of technical expertise and a commercial mindset.
- Experience in engineering or technical sales, or strong motivation to transition into this role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for international environments.
- Fluent in English.
- Must be based in or able to work from Hamburg, Germany.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in German or Spanish.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (less than 5%).
