Location: Hybrid (at least 3 days a week in the office)

hirify.global Media Group is a dedicated brand partnerships team that collaborates with strategic brands to implement impactful marketing campaigns across hirify.global properties.

What you will do

  • Manage the largest and most complex brand portfolios and verticals within the account management team.
  • Develop strategic marketing and media plans utilizing sponsored ads, programmatic display, social media, and targeted communications.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for the display media channel, leading the team on planning best practices.
  • Collaborate with the Product Team and Ad Operations to scale the Sponsored Ads and display offering.
  • Work closely with the Ad Operations Senior Manager to effectively manage yield and operational planning.
  • Mentor and lead junior members of the account management team.

Requirements

  • Proven strategic digital expertise in media planning and account management.
  • Experience working with high-value, complex brand portfolios.
  • Deep subject matter expertise in display media channels.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders to unlock value and impact for brand partners.
  • Must be able to work from the office at least 3 days a week
