What you will do

  • Evaluate new client opportunities by analyzing technical needs, pricing, and profitability.
  • Manage high-priority client accounts to optimize resource allocation and operational workflows.
  • Prepare profitability reports and propose strategic action plans for client engagements.
  • Act as a technical expert during client onboarding and troubleshooting processes.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams for accurate campaign setup and seamless platform integration.
  • Serve as an internal subject-matter expert to optimize integration processes and scalability.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within a digital agency.
  • Proven track record of managing high-priority accounts and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams or mentoring junior colleagues.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, simple terms for clients.
  • Must be based in the LATAM region.
