What you will do
- Evaluate new client opportunities by analyzing technical needs, pricing, and profitability.
- Manage high-priority client accounts to optimize resource allocation and operational workflows.
- Prepare profitability reports and propose strategic action plans for client engagements.
- Act as a technical expert during client onboarding and troubleshooting processes.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for accurate campaign setup and seamless platform integration.
- Serve as an internal subject-matter expert to optimize integration processes and scalability.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within a digital agency.
- Proven track record of managing high-priority accounts and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams or mentoring junior colleagues.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, simple terms for clients.
- Must be based in the LATAM region.
