What you will do
- Manage client and agency relationships, serving as the internal owner for assigned accounts.
- Analyze performance metrics and generate insightful reports to improve account activity.
- Develop and implement quarterly and yearly affiliate strategies to grow revenue.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and advise clients on industry trends.
- Recruit new publishers and optimize existing relationships to enhance advertiser reach.
- Ensure clients are utilizing the latest tracking technology and campaign optimizations.
Requirements
- 1+ years of account management experience in a digital marketing role.
- Strong numerical skills and proficiency with MS Office packages.
- Proven track record of building successful client and team relationships.
- Excellent communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to create forecasts and justify strategic rationales.
