TL;DR

Senior Account Manager (Advertising): Managing the end-to-end delivery of creative and content campaigns for major brands with an accent on client relationship management and cross-functional team leadership. Location: Hybrid (Toronto, Canada) — must be in office 2 days a week

Salary: $89,250 – $99,750 CAD

What you will do

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of campaigns from planning and creative development to final production.
  • Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for clients, anticipating needs and building strong relationships.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including strategy, design, copy, and production to deliver impactful work.
  • Develop strategic campaign plans, prepare proposals, scopes of work, and project budgets.
  • Mentor junior team members and troubleshoot workflow or asset management issues.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and champion the creative process.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in account management within advertising, creative, or marketing.
  • Proven track record of managing digital, social, and video projects for major brands.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to lead and challenge clients and teams.
  • Deep understanding of creative processes, digital platforms, and production workflows.
  • Fluency in English required.
  • Must be based in Toronto for a hybrid schedule (2 days/week in office).

  • Experience working with CPG brands.
  • French language proficiency.
