Salary: $89,250 – $99,750 CAD

What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of campaigns from planning and creative development to final production.
- Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for clients, anticipating needs and building strong relationships.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including strategy, design, copy, and production to deliver impactful work.
- Develop strategic campaign plans, prepare proposals, scopes of work, and project budgets.
- Mentor junior team members and troubleshoot workflow or asset management issues.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and champion the creative process.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in account management within advertising, creative, or marketing.
- Proven track record of managing digital, social, and video projects for major brands.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead and challenge clients and teams.
- Deep understanding of creative processes, digital platforms, and production workflows.
- Fluency in English required.
- Must be based in Toronto for a hybrid schedule (2 days/week in office).
