What you will do

• Perform deep-dive root-cause analysis on marketplace inefficiencies using advanced data analytics to drive strategic recommendations.
• Optimize marketplace health by leveraging predictive forecasting to deploy dynamic pricing and chauffeur incentives.
• Own the full execution lifecycle of localized configurations and monitor post-launch performance to ensure measurable business impact.
• Act as a strategic link between Product and Local Operations to translate operational friction into technical requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in a highly quantitative field (Economics, Mathematics, Physics, or Engineering) from a top-tier university.
• Strong foundation in first-principles thinking and exceptional logical skills.
• Ability to draw conclusions from data and a strong desire to master data analysis tools such as SQL and Python.
• Evidence of a high-performance mindset, demonstrated through intense academic research, competitive sports, or demanding internships.
• Ability to work from the hirify.global Academy in London 5 days a week.
