• Build and maintain complex P&L models for new and existing contracts to support data-driven decisions.
• Analyse and stress-test key commercial levers to optimise margins and mitigate risks.
• Partner with Operations and Product teams to align recommendations with operational delivery.
• Develop reporting suites for performance monitoring and actionable variance analysis.
• Manage and coach a Junior Analyst, providing technical guidance and development support.

Requirements

• Advanced modelling experience with multi-year forecasts and P&L structures from scratch.
• Technical mastery: Advanced Excel, SQL (Python ideal) for data querying.
• Deep commercial acumen linking operational drivers to financial outcomes.
• Analytical rigour for manipulating large datasets and extracting trends.
• Leadership and mentoring skills for junior talent development.
• Strong stakeholder management to communicate complex ideas to non-analytical audiences.
