What you will do

• Conduct deep-dive investigations to validate fraud claims and restrict bad actors.
• Act as the second-line expert for Support, handling complex ban appeals and edge cases.
• Lead "Sonar" audits to track fraud prevalence and measure ban fairness.
• Partner with Data Science to provide "golden sets" for ML model training and improvement.
• Refine internal policies and standard operating procedures for acceptable platform use.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to identify fraud loopholes in new features.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK.
• Strong critical thinking, AI literacy, and an investigator's mindset.
• Ability to dive into databases and collaborate with technical teams.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical decisions clearly.
• High level of ownership and ability to identify root causes independently.
