What you will do
- Own and continuously improve the architecture, governance, and performance of the HubSpot CRM ecosystem.
- Design and implement scalable revenue operations processes for pipeline management, deal tracking, and attribution.
- Develop advanced dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide visibility into revenue drivers and forecasting accuracy.
- Collaborate with Finance to translate pipeline data into reliable revenue projections.
- Establish strong data governance standards, including data integrity and system usage best practices.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve CRM usability and automation across Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in Revenue, Sales, or Business Operations.
- Deep expertise in HubSpot CRM, including designing structures, workflows, and advanced reporting.
- Experience building or scaling CRM environments in high-growth organizations.
- Strong analytical mindset capable of translating complex commercial data into actionable insights.
- Experience creating revenue dashboards and pipeline forecasting models.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Amsterdam office.
