What you will do

• Manage and optimize client-facing reporting intake, prioritization, and delivery processes.
• Analyze client data to support deal pricing, renewals, and profitability improvements.
• Develop data-backed recommendations for negotiation strategies and pricing frameworks.
• Estimate market size across geographies and lines of business to inform investment decisions.
• Operationalize deal scoring and prioritization frameworks to increase funnel conversion.
• Act as a cross-functional bridge between Growth, Finance, and Data teams.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in analytics, strategy, consulting, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including modeling and data analysis.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience in the healthcare industry.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and generate insights from imperfect datasets.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python or similar programming languages for data analysis.
• Background in consulting or high-growth startup environments.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or QuickSight.
