What you will do
- Own and operate the outbound tech stack, including Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, Clay, Warmly, and HubSpot.
- Design and optimize multi-channel outbound sequences across email, LinkedIn, and phone.
- Manage lead routing, territory logic, and pipeline hygiene within the CRM.
- Implement dynamic data enrichment workflows and monitor buyer intent signals.
- Partner with marketing to A/B test and optimize website form conversions and lead capture tools.
- Build real-time dashboards in Salesforce and HubSpot to analyze funnel performance and identify bottlenecks.
Requirements
- 3+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Enablement.
- Based in Mexico and available Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM CT.
- Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce at an admin or power user level.
- Practical experience with Outreach (or similar) and Clay for data automation.
- English proficiency required (bilingual EN/ES preferred).
- Strong analytical mindset for interpreting funnel data and building dashboards.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI-powered prospecting and personalization at scale.
- Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
- HubSpot Operations Hub or Marketing Hub certification.
- Salesforce Admin certification.
