TL;DR

Revenue Operations Manager (Outbound) (SaaS/RevOps): Building and scaling the internal outbound sales engine with an accent on tech stack optimization and lead conversion. Location: Fully remote from Mexico (Available Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM CT)

What you will do

  • Own and operate the outbound tech stack, including Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, Clay, Warmly, and HubSpot.
  • Design and optimize multi-channel outbound sequences across email, LinkedIn, and phone.
  • Manage lead routing, territory logic, and pipeline hygiene within the CRM.
  • Implement dynamic data enrichment workflows and monitor buyer intent signals.
  • Partner with marketing to A/B test and optimize website form conversions and lead capture tools.
  • Build real-time dashboards in Salesforce and HubSpot to analyze funnel performance and identify bottlenecks.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Enablement.
  • Based in Mexico and available Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM CT.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce at an admin or power user level.
  • Practical experience with Outreach (or similar) and Clay for data automation.
  • English proficiency required (bilingual EN/ES preferred).
  • Strong analytical mindset for interpreting funnel data and building dashboards.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI-powered prospecting and personalization at scale.
  • Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • HubSpot Operations Hub or Marketing Hub certification.
  • Salesforce Admin certification.
