What you will do

• Develop product education programs, including video courses, hands-on labs, and certification paths for customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Own the end-to-end production of instructional assets to drive product adoption and champion the hirify.global platform.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather knowledge and validate technical accuracy under tight timelines.
• Translate complex, highly technical product concepts into clear and engaging learning materials for diverse audiences.
• Maintain and update training assets to reflect new product releases and roadmap changes.
• Measure business impact by tracking knowledge adoption and product usage to iterate content.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in instructional design, product education, or technical training, preferably in a SaaS/tech company.
• Exceptional ability to independently break down and teach highly complex technical product concepts.
• Strong technical orientation and comfort diving into advanced platforms, architectures, and integrations.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proficiency with eLearning and enablement tools such as Articulate, Camtasia, LMS, Jira, and Notion.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality training in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
