Operations Manager

What you will do

• Oversee operational activities of the Spanish legal entity
• Ensure compliance with local legal, regulatory, and governance requirements
• Coordinate legal documentation, contracts, and compliance processes
• Manage financial approvals and sign-offs per company policies
• Liaise with internal finance and legal teams locally and globally
• Support HR processes including onboarding and employee documentation
• Maintain records and drive process improvements
• Provide operational support to Industry Solutions division initiatives

Requirements

• Native Spanish speaker with fluent English (written and spoken)
• Proven experience in operations, business management, or similar role
• Strong understanding of legal, financial, and administrative processes
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with Spanish corporate and regulatory frameworks (preferred)
