• Execute and maintain recurring operational workflows including workforce tracking and internal documentation.
• Validate data across systems to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with internal policies.
• Coordinate operational requests for the Barcelona hub, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-ups.
• Support onboarding logistics and maintain documentation for new hires.
• Manage end-to-end coordination of onsite and offsite team events, including vendor management and expense compliance.
• Collaborate with Finance, People, Production, and Tech teams to support smooth initiative execution.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, Project Coordination, or HR Operations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams.
• High attention to detail in data management, reporting, and documentation.
• Fluency in English required (résumé must be in English).
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
