Salary: $184,000 – $230,000 per year

What you will do

• Own the hirify.global.com signed-out product experience to ensure potential customers easily find relevant product offerings.
• Collaborate with GTM and Growth teams to translate marketing experiments into reusable system patterns.
• Define and evolve the website’s foundational design system, including templates, layouts, and components.
• Uphold and improve accessibility, quality, and performance standards (Core Web Vitals) across the ecosystem.
• Manage the website roadmap, balancing new customer experience improvements with long-term scalability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience with a proven track record of shipping successful products.
• Experience using AI and automation in developing product solutions.
• Strong ability to identify and articulate SMB pain points and challenges effectively.
• Proven ability to work across cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
• Strong design partnership skills and a data-informed approach to decision-making.
