What you will do

• Use AI to gather customer research, generate surveys/tests, and turn insights into clear UX.
• Prototype flows, interactions, and logic using tools like Claude Code and Cursor for rapid iteration.
• Create high-fidelity UI prototypes pushing aesthetics, animation, and visual quality.
• Automate handoffs to engineering via Figma or AI-built prototypes.
• Conduct user research on collaboration behaviors, pain points, and needs.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define strategy and roadmap.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mocks; perform usability testing.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years in product design, focused on collaboration/communication products.
• Strong portfolio of impactful collaboration experiences.
• Proficient in Sketch, Figma, or Origami.
• Deep user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Strategic thinking to translate insights into innovative solutions.
• Attention to detail and passion for exceptional UX.
• Fluent with AI tools like Claude Code and Cursor in daily practice.
