What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design process from problem framing and discovery to delivery and iteration.
• Design AI-assisted experiences, including agentic workflows, conversational interfaces, and voice-enabled interactions.
• Create data-dense interfaces such as dashboards, reporting tools, and complex comparison views.
• Collaborate in a product triad with Product Managers and Engineering Leads to define roadmaps and trade-offs.
• Conduct pragmatic user research, usability testing, and synthesize insights into actionable design patterns.
• Maintain and evolve the company design system to ensure scalability and consistency across products.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience designing and shipping web-based SaaS, B2B, or enterprise products.
• Must be based in Latin America (LATAM).
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership, from problem framing to measurable impact.
• Fluency with Figma, prototyping, and modern design system workflows.
• Experience with data-dense interfaces and systems thinking across complex roles and permissions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across time zones (specifically with Australia).

Nice to have

• Experience shipping actual AI-assisted or AI-augmented product experiences.
• Familiarity with conversational UX, voice interaction design, or multimodal inputs.
• Background in complex domains like procurement, marketplaces, or financial systems.
• Comfort with design engineering or prototyping with code to improve fidelity.
• Hands-on use of AI-driven design tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or Lovable.
